contest proposal
While being in bed I start to thinking about the header for my Apple Tea blog. I have some different designs but I can't decide which one is the best. So... I have an idea to show you some designs and ask you about the opinion which one do you like. What do you think about this kind of contest? Do you like contests? Of course there will be awards specially from Apple Tea :)
So, please tell me if you would like to decide on the header for my blog?

back to the life :)
Yes, I was offline for so long that I start to feel like I'm not even alive any more. Thank You all my Darlings for such a worm words and to-be-healthy wishes! It meant the world to me during this aweful flue! You are so great!!!
Now, Mia and I are feeling better. Mia is almost healthy, and I still have scary voice and runny nose but I can breathe finally! Yuppi!!!
Little update now:
1. I've dreamt about the worm quilt and bed almost all the time and hadn't been hungry... Now I make it up for myself :) Any good recipes for delicious dishes?
2. During the time I was offline I change my job. To be honest... beginning with this sick-feeling was terrible and really not nice! However, start the new job, new challenges, new people, new knowledge... are really exciting!
3. Today is the 3rd anniversary of my and P. marriage. Although we know each other for almost 10 years, but marriage is something different. Marriage people know what I'm talking about, right? :)

Brownies makes my world happy for the 5 minutes
I had great plans for the weekend for my family. However, Mia got sick. She coughs horribly and feel bad all the time. Her runny nose is all red... So weekend was not so beautiful as I thought it would be...
However, to make Mia something she really likes I baked brownies. They were fantastic and our world was happier during the eating every time :)
(foto via pinterest.com)
and my favourite Brownies:
5 ounces (140 grams) semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup (1 stick) (113 grams) unsalted butter, cut into pieces
2 tablespoons (15 grams) cocoa powder
1 cup (200 grams) granulated white sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3 large eggs
3/4 cup (95 grams) all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup (125 grams) semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (177 degrees C) and place the rack in the center of the oven. Butter (or spray with a nonstick cooking spray) an 8 inch (20 cm) square pan.
Melt the chocolate and butter in a large stainless steel bowl placed over a saucepan of simmering water. Remove from heat and stir in the cocoa powder and sugar . Next, whisk in the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Finally, stir in the flour, salt and chocolate chips (if using).
Pour into the prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a little batter and a few moist clumps clinging to it. Do not over bake. Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack. Serve worm or at room temperature or chilled. All are very well :)
Makes 16 greatest brownies.
